Talexy LLC (“Talexy,” “we,” “us”) provides marketing services to senior living communities. This policy explains what information we collect through talexyus.com, our ads and lead forms, and our calls and messages, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out one of our forms (including forms inside Facebook and Instagram ads), book a call, or contact us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company or community name, role, and details about your community (for example, type of care, number of beds, and occupancy).
Information collected automatically. When you visit talexyus.com, we and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, links you click, and the site that referred you. These tools include the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Nelio A/B Testing. Some of these tools record how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and session replays.
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule and hold calls with you
- Send confirmations and reminders about calls you request
- Send you emails about our services (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Send you text messages, only if you agree to receive them
- Personalize our communications and follow-up with you
- Analyze inquiries, bookings, and results to understand our market, improve our services, develop new ones, and plan our business
- Create aggregated or de-identified insights, such as industry benchmarks, that do not identify you
- Measure and improve our website and ads
- Protect against fraud and misuse, and comply with the law
- For other purposes we describe to you when we collect your information, or with your consent
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We share information with service providers that help us run our business, only so they can do that work for us. These include Zapier (connecting our tools), HubSpot (contact management), MailerLite (email), Google Workspace (email), Calendly and iClosed (scheduling), Twilio (text messages and phone verification), and AI and analytics tools that help us organize and analyze information.
We also use advertising platforms, including Meta and Google, to measure and improve our ads. These platforms may receive information collected by their pixels on our site, and we may share contact details you give us with them, in hashed form, to measure ad results. We never share text messaging opt-in data or consent this way.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you, for example in industry benchmarks or case studies.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages from Talexy, we will use your phone number to send messages about your Occupancy Growth Call, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We share your phone number only with the service provider that delivers our texts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage ad settings with Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences and with Google at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. Third parties, such as ad platforms, may collect information about your activity across different websites over time.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email kerry@talexyus.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
